Foil or balayage highlights applied on a small area of the head. (up to 10 foils or sections). **Toner included. **All color services include cleanse, condition, scalp massage & blow dry unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Fringe Salon & Boutique. These appointments are reserved especially for you and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations. If you do not show please understand you will be charged for 50% of your appointment value for that day.
